If you're someone who loves being out and about, chatting with construction clients onsite, solving problems on-site, and working with a down-to-earth crew - this could be your next gig.

What The Job Looks Like

You'll hit the ground running with your experience in the civil construction industry, while also chasing new leads and growing the territory. It's a mix of relationship management and practical know-how - happy to hunt new business.

You'll Be

  • Visiting construction and civil clients on the regular
  • Keeping in touch and building trust with existing customers
  • Working off a weekly sales plan
  • Updating the CRM
  • Offering on-site solutions and product advice
  • Spotting new ways, we can help clients
  • Pitching in at the workshop now and then (teamwork makes the dream work)

What We're After:
  • 2+ years repping on the road is preferred (construction or civil experience a big plus)
  • Solid people skills - you know how to build a rapport
  • Confident using Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
  • Hands-on attitude and ready to get stuck in
  • Keen to learn - full product training is provided

What You'll Get:
