The Role: Are you ready to be the driving force behind exceptional sales and customer service? Based in our office in Kooragang, you'll be part of our Customer Care Centre Team, proactively handling outbound and inbound hire and sales activities nationwide. Key Responsibilities:Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and conducting outbound callsProcess rental quotes, reservations and contractsKeep the momentum going with follow-up callsGenerate leads for new business and communicate leadsWarm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business Ready to make a splash in this role?
