About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and discreet Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support to our CEO. This is not an entry-level admin role - it's a trusted position where you'll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly, ensuring our executives can focus on the bigger picture while you take care of the details.
In addition to supporting the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Board coordinating meetings, liaising with Directors, and ensuring timely lodgement of documents. As part of a for-purpose organisation, this role is more than just administration. It's about supporting work that has a positive impact on the community. Your professionalism, judgement, and care will help ensure our mission-driven leadership team can achieve the outcomes that matter most.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support, including diary and email management, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate reports and stakeholder communications.
- Anticipate needs and ensure executives are well prepared for engagements.
- Act as a reliable and approachable point of contact.
- Manage priorities with calm efficiency in a busy environment.
- Bring relevant experience, adaptability, and initiative.
- Someone who takes pride in being organised, dependable, and discreet.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
- A team player who enjoys supporting others while also working independently.
