Executive Assistant

RUSH is hiring an Executive Assistant with these rare and highly valuable talents with pay starting at $100k per annum. This is a critically important role at RUSH, where your input, efforts, and management of functions and projects will, together with the Director and Executive Team, impact everything important that we do.
What do we do?
RUSH is challenging the status quo in an industry (employee rights and representation) that has become old, slow, and corrupt. Introducing freedom, choice, and innovation into a space that until now has been the domain of bureaucrats presents exciting challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Prioritise tasks and manage appointments effectively.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Communication: Draft emails, respond to inquiries, and represent the executive.
- Project Management: Support large projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, financial statements, and invoices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive Microsoft Suite Skills and Knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and board management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability for managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements. Equivalent experience in detail-oriented coordination roles is highly regarded.
- Expert planning and coordination skills for high-level executive meetings and corporate events.
- Excellent professional communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Thorough and diligent in following through on commitments and ensuring all aspects of work are completed to the highest standard, particularly when managing concurrent priorities.
- Values collaborative success and is guided by principles beyond self-interest.
An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. However, we are also open to considering highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
