Business Development Manager Canberra ACT Building Services Engineering (Engineering) Full time $90k - $100K negotiable + super + bonus

This is your opportunity to join a market leading provider of Smart Building Technology, IoT, and Network Infrastructure with an exceptional reputation for delivering innovative solutions in the Australian and global property markets.

OPPORTUNITY

Business Development Manager: Generating building & energy solution sales across both private and public sectors across Canberra & Regional NSW. You will develop and execute market-specific business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Regional travel may be required for training & events.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for technology or a technical background, be creative, energetic and enthusiastic.

You will come from a current sales or consultative background and have a strong interest and demonstrated experience within generating new sales and developing key client relationships.

  • A passion for success and a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service and building long term trust based relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organisations such as building managers, consultants, real estate agents & facilities management.
  • An understanding of mechanical systems and / or automation, an Engineering or Technical background in BMS, Energy Management or HVAC will be favourably considered.
