An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a 3-6 month contract basis. They are located within the heart of Macquarie Park, close to public transport + free parking, and offer 2 days of work from home flexibility.

About The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working collaboratively within a close-knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims, with experience in high-volume invoice processing being highly advantageous.
  • Maintaining vendor relationships and responding to inquiries professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as procurement and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures and systems.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance manager or senior management.
About You
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience processing 100+ invoices daily
  • Experience with large ERP software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP)
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, team support willingness, and keen eye for detail.
