Joining us as an Executive Administration Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Executive team across Frances Perry House.
Responsibilities
- Assisting hospital managers with administrative tasks
- Provide confidential and efficient secretarial services in relation to flow of information.
- Prepare, format and deliver documents as directed.
- Plan and coordinate functions and special projects as required.
- Maintenance of staff and doctor records and files.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who enjoys being part of a busy environment. You will also have the ability to converse and show initiative as well as being able to multitask.
You will also bring:
- Prior Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position
- Computer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff
- Understanding of the importance to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information
- Multitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail
Remuneration
Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Frances Perry House is a leading private maternity and women's health hospital in Melbourne. The hospital accommodates 93 beds including surgical and maternity units, Level 4 Special Care Nursery, 7 birthing suites, 4 operating theatres, a day surgery unit and urodynamics procedure room.
