This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in procurement,supply and logistics, while working alongside industry professionals in afast-paced environment.
This role will be 7 days on 7 days off equal time roster,residential in Broome.
Reporting to the Supply Officer Supervisor, you will play apivotal role in the success of ensuring high accuracy of the stores inventoryand ensuring 100% compliance with aircraft release documentation and regulatoryrequirements.
Responsibilities- Receive,issue and control all aircraft components and consumables in accordancewith company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Processall inventory movements, part issues, returns and adjustments within PHI'sERP software.
- Maintainaccurate stock levels, perform regular stocktakes and reconcilediscrepancies in PHI's ERP software
- Ensureall parts and materials are correctly documented, tracked and stored inaccordance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Liaisewith the procurement team to request, track, and expedite critical partsto support aircraft maintenance schedules.
- Assist packing,labelling, and shipping of aircraft parts both domestically andinternationally, ensuring compliance with Dangerous Goods and Customsregulations
- Workclosely with the engineering and maintenance team to ensure timely supplyof required parts to minimise aircraft downtime.
- Adhere tocompany safety, quality assurance and environmental standards at all times.
- Generatereports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and supply chainperformance when required.
- DangerousGoods Acceptance training desirable
- Soundunderstanding of procurement, warehousing and logistics.
- Relevantaircraft and product knowledge desirable.
- Abilityto interpret technical data.
- Experienceusing RAMCO or a similar inventory management system.
- Have a strongfocus on prioritisation of tasks, understanding risks, and decision-makingskills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure effective sequencetasks.
- Proactiveand self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative,and take ownership of tasks without requiring direction.
- A strongwork ethic where you are driven to do the best job possible.
- Demonstratedability in the utilisation of Standard Operating Procedures and ability todemonstrate understanding of utilising these procedures in a high tempocoordination environment.
- Maintainingproper focus and discipline while conducting safety sensitive duties.
