About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage the movement of aircraft components and consumables.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in procurement, supply chain management while working alongside industry professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high accuracy of inventory levels and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, issue, and control all aircraft components and consumables in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Process all inventory movements, part issues, returns, and adjustments within our Enterprise Resource Planning software.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and reconcile discrepancies in our ERP system.
  • Liaise with the procurement team to request, track, and expedite critical parts to support aircraft maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in packing, labelling, and shipping of aircraft parts both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with Dangerous Goods and Customs regulations.
  • Work closely with the engineering and maintenance team to ensure timely supply of required parts to minimise aircraft downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Dangerous Goods Acceptance training desirable
  • Sound understanding of procurement, warehousing, and logistics
  • Relevant aircraft and product knowledge desirable
  • Ability to interpret technical data
  • Experience using RAMCO or a similar inventory management system
