About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level supply chain professional to join our high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in procurement, supply, and logistics while working alongside industry experts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate receipt, issue, and control of all aircraft components and consumables in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process inventory movements, part issues, returns, and adjustments within our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and reconcile discrepancies in our ERP system.
  • Verify correct documentation, tracking, and storage of parts and materials according to regulatory and company standards.
  • Liaise with the procurement team to request, track, and expedite critical parts to support aircraft maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in packing, labelling, and shipping of aircraft parts both domestically and internationally, ensuring compliance with Dangerous Goods and Customs regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and maintenance team to ensure timely supply of required parts to minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Adhere to company safety, quality assurance, and environmental standards at all times.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and supply chain performance when required.
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of procurement, warehousing, and logistics principles.
  • Relevant aircraft and product knowledge desirable.
  • Ability to interpret technical data.
  • Experience using inventory management systems similar to RAMCO.

The ideal candidate will possess strong prioritization, risk assessment, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
