About The Role

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team. We are seeking a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent time management to provide essential support for our Essential Services team.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until early April 2026. Join us in supporting our Essential Services team in maintaining vital services in regional communities.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
  • Collation and document upload into business operating system
  • Assist with job completion and invoicing documentation
  • Assist with planned maintenance reports
  • Data entry and data management within business operating system
  • Update project and workorder information in online systems
  • iPad management including software updates and support for service crews
  • General administrative support to the team
Location

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until April 2026. This residential role is based at our Broome office. Local residents are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Need

An ability to demonstrate a high work ethic and integrity together with a positive mindset.

Essential Criteria
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • High computer and online software literacy including experience with MS suite of programs
  • Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Desirable criteria:

  • Current C class driver's licence
  • Previous experience using business management systems
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, or similar
