About this role: Our company seeks a highly motivated Aviation Supply Chain Specialist to join its high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting out or experienced in supply, logistics, or inventory management to gain valuable experience in procurement, supply, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, issue, and control aircraft components and consumables according to procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Process inventory movements, part issues, returns, and adjustments within our ERP software.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and reconcile discrepancies in our ERP software.
  • Ensure all parts and materials are correctly documented, tracked, and stored in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Requirements:
  • Forklift License desirable.
  • Dangerous Goods Acceptance training desirable.
  • Sound understanding of procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Relevant aircraft and product knowledge desirable.
  • Ability to interpret technical data.
  • Experience using RAMCO or a similar inventory management system.

A strong focus on prioritization of tasks, understanding risks, and decision-making skills is essential. We also require the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure effective sequence.

Proactive and self-motivated individuals with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and take ownership of tasks without requiring direction are ideal candidates.

The successful candidate will be able to maintain proper focus and discipline while conducting safety-sensitive duties and work effectively within a team environment.
