About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our client growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and driven to solve business problems with the help of technology. Experienced in selling SaaS-based business applications like ERP and CRM solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and driving the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Client business

Our client is growing business based in Sydney and serving east coast of Australia, with majoring of customers in NSW, Queensland and Victoria. Client is into business applications space and have solutions in wholesale and distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and present tailored ERP/CRM solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients across Australia as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business applications and digital transformation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients in Australia.
  • Familiarity with Odoo solution is added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Background in food and beverage industry is a plus.
