Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Higher Education sector.

  1. Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the Higher Education sector.
Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including academics, faculty staff, and procurement teams.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Customer Success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritize activities that support customer retention, expansion, and advocacy.

Requirements:

  1. Education
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development, with a demonstrable track record of driving sustained business growth.
Skills
  • Drive, self-motivation, and proactivity.
  • Excellent communication skills and consultative selling ability.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic skillset to engage across diverse customer segments.
