About The Role
We're looking for a Key Account Manager – HORECA to manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized national QSR and food manufacturer accounts within the HORECA channel.
Reporting to the National Business Manager, this is a commercially focused role where you'll manage pricing, distribution, menu development and promotional limited time offers, while also actively developing new business with key QSR and manufacturing partners. You'll be the key interface between our state HORECA teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and our customers, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and profitable growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong account management experience in foodservice or FMCG, and a passion for driving tailored solutions within the QSR/manufacturer space.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of national QSR, multi-site operators, and food manufacturer accounts within the HORECA channel. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day account management including pricing, promotional planning, and business reviews.
- Driving incremental growth through NPD, menu solutions, and limited time offers.
- Building strong, strategic relationships across new and existing accounts.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities that align with our brand portfolio.
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and forecasting accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting via Salesforce and internal systems.
- Proven experience in account management within foodservice, QSR, or FMCG.
- Strong solution selling skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Commercially savvy with experience conducting P&L and margin analysis.
- Persistent, driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Microsoft Office suite.
