**About the Opportunity**:

As such, we are looking for an ambitious and sales driven Territory Account Manager to service our Food Service Institutions, Caterers, QSR and Horeca channels.

The role is responsible for driving profitable growth of our Food Service channels and to ensure effective collaboration of cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives in line with our AU Food Service strategy. This role will deliver the execution of the channel strategy for Institutions & Caterers on a territory basis and will partner with the National Business Manager, other National/State/Territory Account Managers and Category Team to build a portfolio of the future to deliver the channel plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead pipeline of business opportunities across FS channels utilising existing products, leveraging NPD opportunities and developing some customer bespoke products
- Align cross functionally with the National Channel Managers, State Account Managers & Sales Representatives to deliver optimum strategy for the channel
- Creating sustainable business relationships with key state End User groups within the FS hannel
- In Market - end-user & competitor intelligence gathering, analysing, utilising and implementing
- Utilise Intelligence to develop CVP's and understand price positioning and executing relatively (End User price recommendations)
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, R&D and Operations to develop and drive NPD to market
- Identify Portfolio Opportunities for Growth

**About You**
- 1+ years' experience in Account Management in the Food Service Channel
- Hospital, Aged Care, QSR, Catering and Horeca experience preferable but not essential
- Strong commercial acumen and planning capability
- High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a result orientated mentality
- Creative, driven and motivated with solid sales experience
- Experience working with new customers and developing relationships quickly
- Strong cross functional internal and external stakeholder management
