We are currently seeking a passionate and committed team member for the role of Student Support Officer - SEE Program at our Inala office.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Student Support Officer
As a Student Support Officer, you will provide essential support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities include ensuring all student-related administrative processes across ETC Training sites are accurate, centralized, and compliant with RTO Standards, contract requirements, and ETC procedures. You will also maintain up-to-date and compliant training documentation to support student success and regulatory adherence.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to students, including enrollment, course inquiries, and program engagement support.
- Maintaining accurate and current student records and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, attendance, and assessment results.
- Accurate data entry into Workforce Australia Online Platform.
- Assisting in scheduling training sessions, assessments, and student events in coordination with students and trainers.
- Ensuring compliance of student interactions and support services with regulations and standards. Producing, verifying, approving, and issuing Certificates and Statements of Attainment within set timeframes.
Criteria for Success
- Ability to be an integral part of a team.
- Proven ability to support students with their study journey with ETC.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing administrative tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, LMS, and SMS systems.
- A recent, clear National Police Check.
- A current QLD Blue Card.
Desirable
- Experience within the SEE Program or RTO Administration roles.
