Job Description

We are seeking an individual who will play a vital role in supporting students enrolled in our program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all student-related administrative processes are accurate, centralised, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

This includes maintaining accurate student records, scheduling appointments, and providing high-quality support services that enhance student engagement and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to students, including enrolment and course enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and current student records and perform administrative tasks related to student services.
  • Accurate data input into our online platform.
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions, assessments, and student events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to be an integral part of our team.
  • Proven ability to support students with their study journey.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, learning management systems, and student management systems.
  • A recent, clear police check.
  • A valid working with vulnerable people card.
