Student and Staff Support Specialist

This role provides the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students with disabilities.

As a key member of our Student and Staff Support Team, you will work collaboratively with families, staff, and external agencies to enhance student engagement and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in assessment, intervention, and counselling, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, developing and implementing inclusive programs, and contributing to whole-school initiatives that promote ethical practice and social responsibility.

In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and make a lasting difference in the lives of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with disabilities
  • Develop and implement inclusive programs and initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with families, staff, and external agencies
