Residential Life Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of students.

As a Residential Life Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support in the management and development of the residential life and wellbeing program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, staff, university departments, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and associated organisations.
  • Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the residential advisor teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and creative in event planning, with experience in event management, including budgets, planning, and implementation.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card, QLD)
  • State Real Estate Qualification (lodged with the Office of Fair Trading of QLD) or willingness to obtain
