WORKPLACE TRAINER - Hamilton Island
Hamilton Island is seeking a motivated and hands-on Workplace Trainer to support our Learning & Development team. In this frontline training role, you'll help grow and develop the skills of our people across our service-based operations.
You'll play a vital role in delivering consistent, high-quality on-the-job training and onboarding, ensuring team members feel confident, capable, and set up for success. - Maintain and update competency frameworks and training programs to ensure consistency and compliance
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members and managers, ensuring standards are met
- Identify training gaps and contribute to improving processes, systems and service delivery
- Uphold WHS requirements and organisational guidelines in all training activities
You're an enthusiastic communicator with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for helping others succeed. You enjoy being hands-on, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Current driver's licence (Essential)
- Strong hospitality knowledge and experience (Essential)
- Supervisory and/or workplace training experience in hospitality (Desirable)
- Certificate III in Hospitality Operations or equivalent (Desirable)
- Training & Assessment qualifications (Desirable)
