Our Client:
With an incredible track-record across Australia, our client is an internationally recognised project marketing firm offering you an opportunity to join a high-performing, industry-leading team and work alongside some of the country's best residential developers.
The Role:
Responsible for partnering with their developer clients, this is a pivotal role to drive sales performance through strategic marketing initiatives, team coordination and ensure exceptional client service.
An entrepreneurial-style role, the more impact you can create through innovative and impactful marketing and the more sales that can be generated through your onsite teams – the more you make
Specific tasks will include
- Work alongside the Project Listing Director to project manage the sales & marketing of projects
- Oversee the day-to-day activities and performance of team members on your projects
- Set performance expectations and review metrics of your Sales Agents and Channel Managers
- Liaise with project stakeholders i.e. solicitors, architects, creative and PR agencies
- Assist clients to brief creative agencies, media & PR consultants as needed
- Support with the generation of ideas and strategies to drive interest to projects – market commentary, PR opportunities, industry events, brand collaborations etc
- Stock management, reporting, attending display suites and ongoing measurement of performance
Success in this position requires a strong focus on relationship management, operational excellence, and most importantly sales results. You will also have:
- Residential off-the-plan experience with either a Developer or Agency
- Strong coordination capability and ability to get on and get things done
- Real Estate qualification – Certificate or License (or able to gain / renew quickly)
- Be described as proactive, enthusiastic, resourceful and have a client-focused approach
- Confident in leading and running client meetings, having hard conversations and providing feedback with diplomacy
- Highly autonomous role
- Variety – you get a combination of in-office and out on-site work
- Be remunerated for your success – there is an overrider for every sale
- Great leadership team & mentors
- Ability to move on / be promoted to other sites
- Award winning Developers with in-demand sites to work on
- Solid base + commissions
