Job Title

A Performance and Continuous Improvement Specialist is required to provide expertise in Lean principles, offer methodological support to teams, and empower local managers to lead initiatives.

The successful candidate will deliver training sessions, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves working closely with various professions, including Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Digital.

  • Provide coaching and training for local managers to lead Lean initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support management in addressing operational challenges through short interval management and shop floor tours.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across sites, driving measurable results and sustainable change.
Requirements
  • Mastery of principal Lean practices, including Continuous Level Pull Flow, Just-in-Time, Andon, 5S, Problem-Solving, and Kaizen.
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to listen, mobilise resources, and promote mutual respect among team members.
  • Commitment to service and a desire for transparency in sharing information.
  • Ability to empower others, promote diversity, and show empathy in your interactions.
