Performance Improvement Specialist

Key responsibilities include collaborating across teams and with clients to support continuous improvement initiatives and deliver key project outcomes that make a real impact.
Core Skills and Expertise- Designing impactful learning experiences using data, user feedback, and human-centered design to optimise engagement, retention, and performance
- Developing high-quality content across formats aligned with adult learning principles and business goals
- Delivering training sessions including inductions and upskilling programs, while supporting learner success through assessment and feedback
- Managing multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities
- Reviewing and enhancing existing programs with evidence-based recommendations and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, co-design solutions, and ensure strategic alignment
- Leveraging learning technologies to improve accessibility and scalability of training
- Driving quality through insights, advising on capability uplift and embedding quality-focused practices across teams
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in instructional design, adult learning theory, and project management.
