Job Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades on desktops, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and support the implementation of new technologies within client infrastructures.
  • Document system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure comprehensive IT service delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide innovative support.
  • Ensure compliance of IT equipment and software with standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency with mobile device management.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Office 365 deployment and management.
  • Network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for desktop and network issues.
  • Experience with SCCM for device and application management.
  • Expertise in Imaging: creating and deploying system images.
