Senior Human Resources - Case Management (Remote)

Public Sector People are working with a local Government organisation who are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer - ER Case Management on a 3 month temp contract + extension.

  • ASAP START | Remote work available
  • Attractive pay rates $ % Super (PAYG)
  • Local Government Department
  • Initial 3 month contract + extension
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application
  • Case manage, investigate, and advise on employee issues and industrial relations matters in accordance with applicable industrial instruments
  • Lead the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Lead workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, and policy breaches
  • Partner with leaders and employees to build trusted, collaborative relationships
  • Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives
About You
  • Local Government experience is essential
  • Embraces change and leads with focus and optimism in an environment of complexity and ambiguity
  • Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer focused outcomes
  • Expert in gathering insights and embraces new ideas and innovation to inform future practice
  • Available for interview this week and start ASAP
