About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and operational services to support the delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business-focused human resource management advice, coaching, facilitation of human resource management outcomes at a senior level.
  • Proactively assist business areas to review trends from establishment and metrics data.
  • Provide human resource consultancy advice and senior operational services including recruitment, job evaluation, onboarding, establishment management, counseling.
