Senior Human Resources - Case Management (Remote)
Public Sector People are working with a local Government organisation who are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer - ER Case Management on a 3 month temp contract + extension.

ASAP START | Remote work available
Attractive pay rates $72.21 + 12% Super (PAYG)
Local Government Department
Initial 3 month contract + extension

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application
Case manage, investigate, and advise on employee issues and industrial relations matters in accordance with applicable industrial instruments
Lead the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Lead workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, and policy breaches
Partner with leaders and employees to build trusted, collaborative relationships
Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives

About You

Local Government experience is essential
Embraces change and leads with focus and optimism in an environment of complexity and ambiguity
Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer focused outcomes
Expert in gathering insights and embraces new ideas and innovation to inform future practice
Available for interview this week and start ASAP
