  • Coordinate and administer human resources processes and procedures, ensuring a responsive service for staff.
Main Duties Include:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources operational strategies, processes, and systems to enable efficient and effective provision of client-focused services.
  • Assist senior leaders with staff supervision.
  • Coordinate and administer human resources processes and functions, monitoring efficiency and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Research and analyze human resources practices to inform decision making and adopt best practice.
  • Operate effectively as part of a team and establish productive working relationships with staff.
