- **Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $93,295 to $102,941 + superannuation and leave load**

Our People and Culture team is currently seeking to appoint a **Learning & Development Advisor** to actively support the team in the delivery of a broad range of quality programs and services across the department.

**About the Role**

As part of your role as the **Learning & Development Advisor**, you will assist with the coordination of training programs, liaising with training providers and stakeholders to promote opportunities and manage the logistics, negotiating workable timeframes and availability to meet client objectives. To facilitate effective unit operations, you will also provide project and administrative support as well respond to clients where required with timely and accurate advice and information.

**About You**

People are at the heart of everything we do, and your ability to develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with your team, internal and external stakeholders including service providers will be instrumental to your success. You will be highly organised and someone who thrives working in fast paced environment, diligently managing your workload with the flexibility to shift priorities where required to deliver to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service.

With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you can prepare high quality communications promoting training programs, and insightful reporting to continuously improve unit operations and programs delivered as well as exceptional attention to detail to ensure compliance with agency standards and procedures are met.

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in a Learning and Development and/or Organisational Development role.
