TR Group is an experienced provider of heavy commercial truck and trailer hire and lease services. We offer a wide range of vehicles to suit most applications for both short and long-term rentals and leases, along with used vehicle sales.

Since then, we have been expanding and have 2,300+ trucks and trailers spread across 7 branches in Australia, with plans to grow steadily over the coming years. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Brisbane branch as an Equipment Services Coordinator, helping us care for and manage our fleet of trucks and trailers.

The role is a critical part of our operational team, working Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 5 pm.

This role will be vital in ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and presented at a high standard. It would suit someone with a background in the transport industry, ideally driving and/or maintaining heavy vehicles, who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty and enjoys working in and around trucks and trailers.

Here's a list of the type of work you could expect on any given day:

  • Washing and detailing vehicles to ensure they look their best and are ready for hire.
  • Completing light maintenance and repair reports (e.g., light bulbs, mudflaps).
  • Driving trucks or tugs, including moving vehicles around the yard, and transporting hire equipment between customer and supplier sites, or between branches. A HR / MC license would be ideal, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Greeting customers when they arrive to pick up or drop off vehicles, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Communicating with the Rental Operations team about vehicle information and requirements, working together to prioritize customer needs and ensure vehicle safety, presentation, and maintenance.
