Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at Brisbane Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily inventory levels of domestic and international airline equipment, as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sufficient stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of logistics management and production processes, and sound knowledge of airlines or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and allocating both domestic and international airline equipment daily inventory levels across all customers.
  • Engaging in logistic communications directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the facility has sufficient stock to cater for daily demand.
  • Receipts of food and non-food items, ensuring HACCP is covered on all food receipts.
  • Ordering for all airline equipment.
  • Maintaining stock control.
  • Submission of airline stock counts.
  • Relevant customs documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven knowledge of logistics management and production processes.
  • Sound knowledge of airlines or manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A hands-on practical approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Forklift license.
  • Excel and JDE or similar ERP experience.
