This role offers a unique chance to oversee a portfolio of approximately 190-210 residential properties, ensuring a balanced workload. Key responsibilities include efficiently managing the portfolio, handling emails and inquiries, addressing property maintenance requests, and executing portfolio-related tasks.

We prioritize work-life balance, offering a Monday-to-Friday schedule and access to on-road staff for out-of-office inspections. Our team utilizes state-of-the-art cloud-based software systems and programs. You'll have opportunities for progression into Team Leader roles based on performance.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience as a Property Manager, with robust understanding and experience in property and portfolio management. They should also have experience in PropertyMe, Inspection Express, or IRE; strong desire to grow and progress within a friendly and inclusive team; successful completion of relevant industry training; and valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
