Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the management and delivery of a portfolio of work, encompassing assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing projects using Agile, ITIL, and ADKAR methodologies, while adhering to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Framework, Bureau Delivery Framework, and ICT Delivery Model.

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
  2. Manage project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, changes, and issues that may impact project deliverables.
  3. Oversee financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting for portfolios, programs, and projects, utilizing EPMO-endorsed project tracking tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Agile and ITIL methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving project objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools and software, including EPMO-endorsed solutions.
