Business Development Manager

We're looking for a true hunter, someone who thrives on opening new accounts, building installer relationships, and driving growth across garage doors, gates, shutters, blinds, and awnings.
What You'll Be Doing Grow sales through installers, trade partners, and contractors across the Sydney region.
Build long-term loyalty by supporting installers with product knowledge and service.
Represent a premium, globally recognised brand in residential and commercial automation.
Work independently in the field, backed by technical and admin support.
Who You Are Experienced in selling into trade/installer channels (automation, doors, blinds, shutters, building products, security or electrical).
A natural hunter who enjoys opening doors and winning new business.
Comfortable with technical products and confident presenting solutions.
Relationship-driven, resilient, and proactive in managing a territory.
