Full Description: Acclaimed Workforce are seeking a horticulturalist to work for a Council in the northern suburbs.
This position involves outdoor, physical work and would best suit applicants who are fit and in good health.
This is a temporary role and applicants will need to be available to start immediately.
The role includes undertaking general park/garden bed maintenance and aspects of the following:
Truck driving
Mulching, Pruning, Hedging, Planting and Hand weeding
BBQ Cleaning
Litter removal
Whipper snipping, Hand mowing, Blowing paths
Irrigation repairs

To be considered, you must:
Be physically fit and healthy, with ability to carry out heavy lifting
Certificate III in Horticulture with knowledge and experience including Plant ID
Light Reach License (LR) or Medium Rigid (MR) License preferred
Hold a current White Card
Chemical Certificate tickets are highly desirable (to be able to spray)
Possess a safety-first attitude and always follow strict safety procedures
Must currently reside in Australia to be considered
