In this hands-on and rewarding role, you'll deliver high-quality nursery horticultural services that support the development of curated plant collections and environmental projects. Working closely with the **Senior Nursery Curator**, you'll play a vital role in plant propagation, operational planning, and volunteer engagement. You'll also contribute to training initiatives and ensure workplace health and safety remains a top priority.

**Essential Qualifications**:
Certificate III in Horticulture (Trade Level Qualifications) is essential. Certificate IV or Diploma in Horticulture and Leadership Training desirable.
**Special Conditions**:
- May be required to participate in fire management and associated duties.
- May be required to work outside of normal working hours, on weekends and any other duties as required.
- Organisational uniform is to be worn and maintained.
- The incumbent may be required to undertake a medical exam, pertaining to duties undertaken.
- Current class “C” driver’s license and willingness and ability to safely operate manual and 4wd vehicles is essential.
- The incumbent may be assigned to a position at another site to that advertised dependent on organisational and individual development requirements
**Remuneration**:
OPS2, $58,709 min - $63,154 max p.a.
