Adelaide Hills looking for Hort/Arb expert for three month contract

**Your new company**
Our client is a local Adelaide Hills council, dedicated the protection and enhancement of natural and built assets within their bounds. As the weather warms up and the work comes in, they’re looking for star horticulturalist or arborist to join their Parks and Gardens Maintenance & Operations Team for three months.

**Your new role**
You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team who work under great management. You’ll be responsible for tree planting and care, hand and chemical weeding, general landscaping, verge mowing and other green activities As this is a very physical role, you’ll need to be able to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- MR drivers licence
- Cert 3 Horticulture or Arb
- Chainsaw Certificate
- Ride on Mower certification
- Work Zone Traffic Management
- Highly desirable
- Tractor experience
- Chemcert

**What you'll get in return**
- Excellent hourly rate
- 9 day working fortnight
- Working for council
- Three month contract
