**What your day will look like**:

- Responsible for Channel recruitment and mapping of solution strength and industry vertical focus, align with Country Manager on strategic plans
- Meet Country Manager sales objectives by building pipeline, preparing forecasts, budgets, analyzing variances and initiating corrective differentiation
- Facilitate between internal team and partners through the entire onboarding process
- Conducted regular business planning and review with focused partners, driving field activities from partners to promote business growth
- Coordinate with Channel Enablement Manager and marketing team to conducted regular workshop and campaigns
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on leads assignment, overseeing deal progression with partners
- Ensure accuracy of channel database and pipeline updates in CRM
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on Genetec's product, roadmaps competition, pricing market share and key product differentiation

**About you**:

- Min 5 years' experience, in Security or IT Industry, with VMS, Access Control, or PSIM system
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in the security or IT industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levels
- Ability to work in a complex sales environment
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, consultants
- Proven sales achievement / track record
- Excellent communicator either by phone, in writing or face-to-face
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Able to work independently within a team environment
- IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset
