As the Mahindra Werribee Sales Manager, you will play a key role in establishing our presence in the automotive market.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure their success
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborating with other departments for smooth operations, including inventory management and after-sales support
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and implementing necessary improvements

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience as a hands-on, ambitious dealership Sales Manager
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Melbourne’s western suburbs is an advantage
