- Organise, execute and assist with meeting preparation including agendas, meeting papers & minute taking
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up outstanding items
- Drafting and preparation of written correspondence

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and working in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders
- Can maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with business.
- Outstanding administration, time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and a can-do positive attitude
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learning new software systems.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on all levels, including written and verbal
- Experience in a health care setting is desirable
