As part of the People & Culture Team, this role will develop and be involved in L&OD strategies guided by the dnata priorities and operational plans, including but not limited to: leadership and management development; culture and engagement strategies including surveys; employee experience; talent acquisition; learning and development curriculum.
This role will work closely with the broader People and Culture team and internal stakeholders to consult on the development of Learning and Org Development programs and ensure successful implementation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver OD programs aligned with strategic goals.
Develop and facilitate leadership and soft skills programs for leaders and teams.
Design initiatives that support business priorities and projects.
Create learning materials including presentations, tools, and training packages.
Facilitate the localization, implementation, and rollout of Head Office (offshore) related initiatives.
Build internal networks to support consultation and collaboration.
Develop and manage the L&OD Calendar.
What you'll need to succeed Relevant qualification in Education, Training, or Adult Learning.
A passionate OD / L&D professional with 2-3 years of experience.
Someone with energy, creativity, and drive who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Tech-savvy with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
