This market leading national electrical, and communications installation and service organisation that has multiple branches across Australia has a contract opportunity for an experienced learning or organisational development consultant to assist build their capability framework.

Partnering with the National HR Manager and Training Manager, who will do the face-to-face interactions with the stakeholders, your role will be to design and produce the framework for key roles across the business. This will also include building the assessment criteria that aligns.

You have a background in learning or organisational development and are experienced in producing capability frameworks for larger organisations. A background gained from construction would be highly valued. You are "hands on" with strong attention to detail and written communication skills and have a solid track record in designing fit for purpose capability frameworks that underpin the learning cycle.
