Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development professional to lead the development and implementation of L&OD strategies across our organisation.

About the Role

  • Lead and deliver OD programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and facilitate leadership and soft skills training for leaders and teams.
  • Create learning materials including presentations, tools, and training packages.
  • Facilitate the localisation and implementation of initiatives.
  • Build internal networks to support consultation and collaboration.
  • Manage the L&OD calendar.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in Education, Training or Adult Learning.
  • A passionate OD/L&D professional with prior experience of 2-3 years.
  • Someone with energy, creativity, and drive who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Tech-savvy with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
