What you'll be doing

Developing and optimising pricing models across NDIS, aged care, insurance-funded, and community services.
Managing contracts with funders, partners, and providers to ensure compliance and value.
Identifying and implementing new revenue streams such as licensing, partnerships, and service innovations.
Monitoring performance and providing insights that drive financial sustainability.
Supporting leadership to ensure services are scalable, compliant, and impactful.

About you

Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or similar (MBA or postgraduate welcome, but not essential).
Strong track record in commercial operations, pricing, contract management, or service optimisation.
Knowledge of healthcare, disability, aged care, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors.
Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
Motivated by community impact, values, and purpose-driven work.
