Job Title: This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the office. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional customer service, greet visitors and customers, and direct them to the relevant area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mail and package deliveries, including distribution to appropriate recipients
  • Maintain office supplies inventory; order new supplies and equipment as needed
  • Coordinate office events and tours, visitor bookings and enquiries
  • Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure smooth facility operations
  • Compile office orders and reconcile invoicing
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist in filing, document management, and data entry where required
  • Document and distribute reports as necessary
  • Provide administrative support to management and special projects

About You: We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in office management, reception, or administrative roles. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
