Key Responsibilities Proactively source and qualify new leads through networking, referrals and effective marketing strategies Conduct property viewings, open homes and private inspections to engage prospective buyers Negotiate offers and liaise with buyers, sellers and other stakeholders to facilitate successful sales transactions Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates on sales progress Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and team objectives Continuously expand your knowledge of the local property market and industry trends What We're Looking For Proven track record in residential real estate sales or leasing Minimum 1+ years of residential real estate sales experience required Both sales and leasing experience are acceptable towards meeting the minimum experience requirement Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Confident negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively Excellent time management and organisational capabilities Passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Valid real estate sales license or the ability to obtain one Must hold a Certificate of Registration for real estate activities Certificate of Registration may be held currently or obtained after hiring Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa required Must hold permanent Australian work rights such as citizenship or permanent residency What We Offer At Kho & Lee Property Group, we are committed to nurturing the growth and development of our team.
