We're currently on the lookout for motivated Sales Associate looking to elevate their career in Real Estate and join an agency and high performing team that has been a dominant force in the market for years. The Role:

  • Enquiry management: fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and SMS
  • Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
  • Prospecting activities to generate leads: calls, door knocking, developing relationships
  • Database management: data entry, contact management
  • Diary management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
  • Negotiation: manage offers, liaise with purchasers and vendors
  • Reporting: collate and distribute various reports as needed

What we are looking for:

  • 12 months experience in real estate in a similar role
  • Will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
  • Is resilient, self-motivated, and hungry for success
  • Possesses strong written and verbal skills
  • Is Immaculately presented and well-groomed
  • Wants to build a career in Real Estate Sales
  • Holds a current Driver's licence and owns a reliable car - Essential
  • Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence - Essential
