Are you an experienced Real Estate Agent /Sales Associate wanting to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a talented Real Estate Agent to join our high performing Group.

The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, have an abundance of energy and demonstrate a positive attitude with an approachable and coachable  professional style. You must possess strong communication and organisational skills and will have a passion for real estate with a long-term view of becoming one of the most successful agents in your area.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a highly motivated person with a hard work ethic with the drive to list and sell properties and meet reasonable KPI's.

Your day will include variety of tasks that include:

  • Attending listing presentations
  • Appraising properties
  • Running open inspections and auctions
  • CRM database management
  • Liaising with the vendors
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Managing the buyer process and nurturing buyer relationships
  • Understanding and negotiating contracts
  • Generating new client leads and prospecting for business
  • Facilitate Open Home & Private Inspections
  • Assisting Senior Sales Manager with phone & email inquiries
  • Conducting Buyer Follow Up via telephone and email
  • Effectively manage opportunity pipeline, maintaining prompt and timely follow-ups and providing feedback and reporting to selling vendors

Requirements;

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Professional presentation and grooming
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturdays and some Sundays
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and be resilient to set-backs and repetition
  • Be a career-focused individual, eager to learn and ready be trained by leading senior agents
  • Have a current Agent's Representative Certificate (iv) for sales associates and Licence in REAL Estate for Agents
  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Own your own car

You will be working within a friendly team where ongoing support and training will be provided. Our team is experienced and the managers are highly approachable and friendly. This opportunity will mix a variety of tasks that will give you great scope to earn and learn.

We plan for success and will only employ someone whom we believe has the inbuilt qualities and capability to be a successful Real Estate Agent.
