About the Role

The Northern Region Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across multiple sites in NSW, ACT, and QLD.

  • This is an opportunity to support a respected manufacturing business and contribute to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional leaders to develop leadership capabilities and drive people performance.
  • Lead day-to-day operations: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Support business transformation, change management, and culture initiatives.
  • Coach operational leaders on people management practices.
  • Engage with employment agreements and IR matters as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, performance, and workforce development.
  • Experience with EBA processes or unionised environments.
  • Energy, initiative, and a focus on outcomes.
